How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order on the on our website simply select the products until you  find what you are looking for. You can add the products by clicking “Add to  Cart”. You can add as many items as you like into the cart before clicking on a  “checkout” link or button to finalise your purchase.

What can I have Engraved?
On our regular Premium 30mm Tags we can fit a Name, Phone Number and Address  fairly easily. We can also do the same on the 22mm Premium varieties but keep in  mind the text will be far smaller in this case, therefore we recommend a Name  and Phone Number only for the smaller tags just to ensure that it is still  legible.
​How are the products represented?
Items represented on The Tag Team site, are not of actual size. The images  you see maybe enlarged in order to better view the details on our products. Due  to various monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the product color is that of  which you see on your monitor. We strive to provide you the clearest and most  accurate image of our products. All products listed on our online store are in  Austrian Dollars. Prices may change, and are subject to change without prior  notice.

​How do you make payment?
All prices are in Australian Dollars. We accept PayPal, Electric Funds Transfer (EFT), MasterCard or Visa  (please note you do not have to have a pay pal account) Australian customers can  also pay via Direct Deposit (if you choose this option we will email you our  bank details).
When is shipping?
Delivery is at no cost to the customer anywhere in the Australia. All orders  are processed and dispatched within 2 - 6 business days using standard Australia  Post (The Tag Team does not guarantee tags if they are lost in transit), if you  require registered post, this will be an additional cost base on the items that  you have order once payment has cleared  Please Note:  Free Delivery does not apply to bulk orders. Approximate delivery times are:  Australia: 7-14 business days ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED and you will generally  receive it much quicker but please allow this time before contacting us.  International orders may take longer.

​Please note, we need to be notified if you have NOT received you tag within  4 weeks (30 days) from the date of payment. If you do not notify us within the  timeframe, we will assumed that the order has been received in full and we have  finalised the order. No replacements, under any circumstances, will be sent out  after this time if we have not been notified within what we feel are reasonable  timeframe.

​​Can I place a bulk order?
Orders of 10 tags or more. Please emails sales@thetagteam.com.au for a quote.  Please be aware free delivery does not apply for bulk orders.
What is our return policy?
The Tag Team wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Any tags you  received with incorrect engraving details will be replaced straight away. (Once we have received your faulty tag back in the post). If the tag that you have received has an engraving error, please check your order to make sure that the  information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is  our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge. Please keep the  original packaging until you are satisfied with you purchase. if there is a problem you can repack the item and write RETURN TO SENDER on the packaging, to  avoid additional postal charges to you. What is our disclaimer?
In no event shall The Tag Team be liable to you or any other party for  incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. All tags and accessories are  meant to be treated as decorative costume jewelry. Also be advised that all our  products are for fashion purposes only and we are not responsible for damage or  loss to pets due to the defect of our products. It is the responsibility of the  owner to comply with local safety standards with regards to caring of pets, etc.  The Tag Team will not be liable for any loss or damage or any of our products to  pets or humans. Your receipt of payment for these goods is proof that you have  read, understood and agreed to our liability policy.​
